Custard cream is a preparation, entering into the

composition of many recipes, such as cream puff, éclairs, Napoleon

During this course you will discover how to give different flavors to your custard cream.

You will also learn how to make the almond cream that Yveline uses in her almond croissants in her fruit tart and for those of you who have already had the chance to taste it in the galette des rois.

You will see how each step happens.

You will leave with the recipes

and we will offer you a buffet and  one drink

(glass of wine, beer, soda)

So you will have a cooking lesson and you will eat
