A full menu cooking class

During the demonstration, We will show you each step of this special menu and, as always, you’ll leave with the recipes to recreate these dishes at home.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy tasting the menu, and of course, a drink will be offered to you.

The menu that you will learn to make and enjoy:

  • French Onion Soup: A comforting, rich broth  with  onions and melted cheese served with croutons

  • Chicken Orloff and Chardonnay Sauce: Juicy chicken breast with cheese crispy bacon, finished with a creamy Chardonnay sauce.


  • Pavlova: meringue with fruit and champagne cream that is sweet and delicious, leaving a frothy impression on your palate.

  • We have carefully selected each ingredient to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
