It's important to note that the Chablis sauce is a refined and delicate alternative to the traditional parsley butter often used with escargots. This sauce is made with Chablis white wine, which gives it a subtle and complex flavor. When combined with the escargots, it creates a truly unique and exceptional taste experience.
Chicken in cream sauce à la façon of Georges Blanc, a three-star chef. Our cook had the chance to be taught this recipe directly by Chef Georges Blanc.
