Then come the shrimps and calamari in a virgin sauce
(this sauce is based on olive oil, basil, tomatoes, ...)The chicken breasts with cream will follow, a recipe by Georges Blanc, starred French chef (3 Michelin stars)
To finish this meal, Yveline will prepare you some Melba strawberries
