After our 3 appetizers,

our evening begins with a classic French starter: Escargots in Chablis Sauce. These traditionally prepared snails are a melody of flavors, complemented by a delicate and aromatic Chablis sauce.

The highlight of the evening is the main course, a nod to the rustic charm of French cooking: Filet Mignon de Porc Orloff with Bacon. This exquisite dish, crafted with care and passion, is sure to tantalize your taste buds. It features layers of tender pork fillet and crispy bacon, all enveloped in a rich and soothing sauce.

To complete your culinary journey, we present a traditional sweet delight, the Galette des Rois. This flaky, golden pastry filled with frangipane represents the perfect finale to an evening you won't forget.
