Join us at our unique venue for an exceptional wine tasting evening, where six deliciously crafted dishes meet six carefully chosen wines. It's a promise, a real symphony of flavors that will delight your taste buds and awaken your senses.
The adventure begins with fennel and lemon-scented mussels marinara, paired with a delicious, fresh and fruity Pouilly-Fumé. Then, savor our refined interpretation of the egg mayonnaise, enriched with fresh herbs and green asparagus tips, paired with a lively and elegant Chablis.
The third act invites you to taste a creamy mushroom soup and shrimp , accompanied by a Condrieu wine with subtle floral notes. Followed by a terrine of chicken livers, delicately paired with a rich and velvety Lalande Pomerol.
The grand finale is our grilled tuna marinated in soy and sesame, harmoniously paired with a robust and structured St Estèphe. To top it all off, a chocolate mousse with raspberries, expertly balanced by a glass of tawny port, will close this unforgettable evening.
