Evening's menu with wine pairing:
Appetizers: A refined assortment to tantalize your taste buds. Paired with a refreshing glass of Champagne, adding a sparkling touch to start the evening.
Starter: Fish terrine, combining freshness and subtlety. Complemented by a glass of Chablis, a dry and slightly creamy white wine that balances the delicate flavors of the fish.
Main course: Indulge in our perfectly browned pork tenderloin, paired with melt-in-your-mouth caramelized apples and a creamy cider sauce. Served with a bottle of Côtes du Rhône, its fruity and spicy notes enhancing the richness of the pork.
Dessert: Profiteroles, the quintessential French delight, for a sweet end to your meal. Perfectly paired with Porto Tawny, its rich sweetness and nutty undertones accentuating the creamy and chocolatey flavors of the dessert.
