Ustensils you need
Before you sign up, we want to make sure you can follow this recipe with us.
Here is the list of utensils you will need.
- Cheesecake pan: Ideally a springform pan or one with a removable bottom for easier unmolding.
- Mixer or Whisk: For mixing ingredients, especially the cream cheese and sugar.
- Spatula: Useful for gently folding in ingredients and for smoothing out the mixture.
- Food processor or plastic bag and rolling pin: To crush cookies into crumbs (if your recipe calls for a crust)
- Bowl: For mixing ingredients.
- Microwave or Saucepan: To melt butter.
- Parchment paper: Useful for lining the pan and making it easier to remove the cheesecake.
